You will be working as part of a large MDT, and within an embedded Speech Therapy team. We will also accept application for anyone interested in part-time. As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people. You’ll also be assessing our young people’s mental health and recommend appropriate interventions in a personalised care plan.
