Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Test Bay Engineer to join our UK HVAC Naval Services team, specialising in the testing and validation of naval refrigeration and chilled water plants. This hands-on role includes electrical hook-up, mechanical pipe fitting, noise and vibration testing, commissioning, and ensuring compliance with F-Gas regulations. Outside of active testing periods, you will also support the service and build team, assisting with system assembly and integration, compressor rebuilding, and attending site if required. This is a key role in ensuring our systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards before deployment to naval platforms.
