Fulfills specialized, complex requests by clarifying desired information and carrying out transaction and information requests. Performs payment histories and balance disputes for all three brands Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential in accordance with PCI and PII guidelines Updates job knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related requests as needed MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS What should the position holder be and have? Education High School diploma or GED Equivalent (some college preferred) Knowledge and skills Must possess excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills Ability to be extremely detailed, accurate and thorough Ability to multitask and adapt to changes and a demanding work environment Dedication to providing exceptional customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Deadline conscious with strong drive, energy level and initiative Technical Skills Advanced PC skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Job Experience 4-5 years general office experience 2 years customer service experience Where Memories Start with You Hospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
