This role involves supporting pupils with SLCN, SEMH and wider SEND, working alongside three experienced SEN TAs and a dedicated SEN Teacher.About the SEN HubThe Specialist HUB provides a calm, structured and nurturing environment for pupils who require targeted SEN provision alongside their mainstream education. Pupils access tailored interventions, small group learning and individualised support to help them regulate, communicate and engage with learning.The RoleAs a SEN Hub TA, you will: Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 within the Specialist HUBDeliver 1:1 and small-group interventions linked to EHCP outcomesWork collaboratively with the SEN Teacher and SEN team to implement consistent strategiesSupport communication development and emotional regulationHelp pupils transition between the HUB and mainstream classrooms where appropriate SEN Strategies You Will Use Visual timetables and now/next boardsCommunication-friendly approaches for SLCN (clear language, modelling, processing time)Emotion coaching and de-escalation strategiesSensory regulation tools and structured routinesPositive behaviour support and consistency across staff What th
