Are you a highly skilled and enthusiastic SEN Teacher ready to launch a new specialist provision?
A highly successful and well-regarded Special School in Slough, catering for pupils aged 2 to 19 with a wide range of Special Educational Needs including Moderate Learning Difficulties, Severe Learning Difficulties (with Profound and Multiple Needs), and Autism, is expanding! We are thrilled to be opening a new satellite school and are seeking dedicated, qualified teachers to join our pioneering team.

The Role
This is a unique opportunity to be one of the founding teachers at our brand-new satellite school. You will be instrumental in setting the standard and developing the supportive, dynamic learning environment that defines our organisation.
We are looking for a teacher who can:
Plan and Deliver an engaging, individualised curriculum that addresses the diverse and complex needs of our pupils.
Demonstrate expertise in a range of SEN strategies (e.g., TEACCH, Makaton, PECS, etc., or a willingness to learn).
Effectively Manage a classroom environment and lead a team of dedicated Teaching Assistants.
Collaborate closely with parents, carers, and a range of multi-disciplinary professionals.
Show commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to the wider school community.

Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
