About the Role
As a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support, helping to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. This role requires patience, a positive attitude, and a genuine commitment to the well-being and academic progress of our students.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs.
- Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Adapting learning materials and activities to meet the specific needs of students.
- Helping to manage classroom behavior and promote a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student development.
- Monitoring and recording student progress, providing feedback to teachers and other relevant staff.
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and personal care needs of students are met.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working with students with a variety of Special Educational Needs.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to be proactive, adaptable, and resourceful.
- A deep commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in a child's life.
