The Role:

As a key member of an innovative team, you will play a crucial role in empowering students to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs.
• Assisting the Class Teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Helping to create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
• Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays.
• Monitoring and recording student progress, providing feedback to the Teacher and parents.
• Supervising students during break times and school trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
• Experience in a similar role or working with children with Special Educational Needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a resilient nature.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
