About the Role
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide personalized assistance, both in the classroom and in small group settings. This is a highly rewarding position for someone who is patient, adaptable, and genuinely committed to helping young people succeed.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one or small-group support to students with a range of SEN.
- Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Helping to adapt learning materials to meet the specific needs of students.
- Encouraging students to engage in learning and build their confidence.
- Supporting positive behavior and social skills development.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
- Monitoring and recording student progress and providing feedback to staff.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times.

- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
