Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support: Work with individual students and small groups to help them access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
• Implement support plans: Assist in carrying out strategies and activities outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other support documents.
• Foster independence: Encourage students to develop their own learning strategies and build their self-confidence.
• Facilitate inclusion: Help students participate fully in classroom activities and social interactions.
• Collaborate with staff: Work closely with teachers and other professionals to monitor student progress and adapt support as needed.
• Promote positive behavior: Support students in developing appropriate social skills and positive behaviors.
• Ensure student well-being: Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for students under your care.
