Description: I’m looking for an advisor who has practical experience helping entrepreneurs relocate to Spain under the Digital Nomad Visa (DNV) and qualify for the Beckham’s Law tax regime, with an eventual plan to transition to a Dubai Free Zone company. My situation / plan (as I understand it): • Currently run a UK Limited company. • Phase 1 (Year 1): • Keep the UK Ltd active. • Relocate to Spain on the Digital Nomad Visa. • Use Deel/EOR or register the UK Ltd as a non-resident employer to create a small Spanish salary (€10–15k) → to qualify for Beckham’s. • Dividends from UK Ltd would then be tax-free under Beckham’s (based on my research). • Phase 2 (future): • Transition to a Dubai Free Zone company to reduce corporation tax once profits scale. • Continue maintaining Beckham’s in Spain with the same small salary structure.
