Job Title Space Manager Location Asda House Employment Type Full time Contract Type Permanent Hours Per Week 37.5 Salary Competitive salary plus benefits Category Buying Closing Date 4 February 2026 The Space Manager leads the development and deployment of category space, through insight and data for all our stores, working with the latest systems and technology and building a case for change to unlock business benefit through space opportunities. Key responsibilities include leading a team of analysts, ability to challenge and interrogate data, building stakeholder relationships and proposing crucial space decisions for store specific deployment for all our stores across Macro, Midi and Mini space. You will work closely with our Commercial, Supply and Property teams to ensure the right level of engagement and support is in place to help deliver the overall business strategy. Managing the space to drive sales by: Project managing all space analytic inputs across all stakeholders to build and maintain a store specific space Cleanse the data to ensure 100% accuracy. Engage with Commercial, Store Planning and Insight teams at all levels. Liaise with category teams to understand the category strategy and support with range and space recommendation packs, presenting these to category teams Collaborate with supply to ensure ‘End to End’ savings are fed into the category builds. Build templates for category teams to ensure consistent approach on range and space analysis. Collaborate with our central team to further develop space change process utilising Blue yonder software.
