Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder & Client Management Build and sustain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g. Procurement Directors, IT Directors, Programme Leads).Act as a trusted advisor on procurement strategy, future requirements, and service optimisation. Service Delivery & Pipeline Ownership Maintain a forward-looking pipeline of Services Procurement needs.Lead the end-to-end delivery of large and/or complex SOWs, ensuring alignment with customer objectives. Team Leadership Line manage Services Procurement Specialists and oversee day-to-day coordination activity.Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture across internal teams and supplier
