• Michelin-starred Cail Bruich is now recruiting a Sommelier to join our team.

The role

• Working on the service bar, making drinks (wine, cocktails, coffees)
• Serving drinks & food.
• Serving and explaining wines to guests.
• Providing consistently excellent customer service.
• Involvement in all aspects of service; setting-up, preparation, and cleaning down after service.

The ideal candidate must have

• 1 year of wine knowledge (preferred)
• Great knowledge of food
• Great knowledge of drinks; including Old World wine, Scottish spirits, cocktails.
• A great personality and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
• A desire to develop and learn new skill sets
• We are keen to hear from individuals with experience in quality establishments, who have a passion for professional, personalised service, locally sourced ingredients, and who are looking to develop their careers in a dynamic, progressive team.
