Solutions Engineer (Cyber Security)London EC3R / HybridUp to £45,000 (DOE)We’re a managed IT services provider for the creative industry, supporting 5,000+ users across 100+ businesses. We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer with strong cyber security expertise to help protect and improve our clients’ IT environments.You’ll take a hands-on role in designing, implementing, and managing security solutions, working across network, endpoint, and cloud platforms. This is a client-facing position where you’ll provide expert guidance, respond to security incidents, and help drive best practice across all client systems.Key responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain security solutions including firewalls, endpoint protection, and cloud security servicesLead and support incident response, investigation, containment, and remediationConduct vulnerability assessments and risk reviews, recommending and deploying improvementsImplement and manage security monitoring and reporting toolsAdvise clients on cyber security best practices, policies, and compliance requirementsWork closely with internal engineering teams and support junior engineersKey experience & skills:Proven experience in an IT solutions, service desk or engineer role Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, EDR, and SIEM toolsExperience securing Microsoft Azure and/or AWS environmentsHands-on endpoint security experience (Defender, Sophos, Bitdefender or similar)Understanding of Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus and security frameworks Confident communicator, comfortable working directly with clientsWhat we offer:Hybrid working with flexible remote days22–25 days holiday + b
