- We’re hiring a Solutions Delivery Manager to support Anomalo’s growing post-sales organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Solutions, you will serve as the strategic post-sales lead for some of our most important enterprise customers.
- This role blends customer leadership with operational excellence, enabling our customers to adopt Anomalo successfully and realize measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with Customer Solutions Engineers, Data Solution Architects, Sales, and Product to orchestrate onboarding, drive adoption, and expand usage across large and complex organizations.
- Customer Success is central to Anomalo’s growth strategy. We believe in building long-term customer value through adoption, expansion, and advocacy, and this role will be pivotal in delivering that vision as we scale across the UK and Europe.

What you’ll do as a Solutions Delivery Manager at Anomalo
- Customer Leadership & Strategy
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts as the primary post-sales contact
- Drive account planning, business reviews, success plans, and roadmap alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders champions and executive sponsors
- Identify risks and expansion opportunities early, crafting mitigation and growth strategies
- Orchestration & Execution
- Coordinate across Customer Success (DSAs, CSEs), Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver on account goals
- Lead kickoffs, 30/60/90 onboarding milestones, and ongoing business syncs
- Maintain high standards of documentation and visibility (Gong notes, Slack hygiene, customer health dashboards, adoption trackers)
- Serve as the first line of triage for customer issues, ensuring fast routing and resolution
- Adoption & Outcomes
- Track and report adoption at the team and organizational level
- Ensure success criteria are tied to business outcomes, not just technical milestones
- Surface customer stories, champions, and measurable impact to drive cultural buy-in and expansion
- Cross-Functional Engagement
- Partner with Anomalo Account Executives and external partners (Databricks, Snowflake, Alation, SIs) on joint customer goals
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering
- Represent customer needs in internal planning and syncs
What you’ll bring to the team
- Experience: 6+ years in a customer-facing delivery or success role (CSM, Engagement Manager, Program Manager, or similar) in enterprise software, ideally in data/analytics/AI
- Ownership mindset: proven track record of independently driving account strategy, risk mitigation, and expansion without heavy oversight
- Strategic communicator: able to engage technical teams, senior executives, and business stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Operational discipline: rigorous about documentation, follow-through, and cross-functional alignment
- Technical fluency: comfortable with concepts in cloud computing, data warehousing, SQL, and enterprise integrations (SSO, APIs, orchestration tools)
- Leadership under ambiguity: thrives in a fast-changing environment, anticipates needs, and takes initiative before being asked
Location and Travel
- Only candidates residing in and authorized to work in the United Kingdom or Ireland will be considered
- Flexibility to travel to customer locations (15-20%)
- We hold quarterly company offsites to collaborate in person; attendance is required
Salary Range
The estimated annual salary range for this role is
- £90,000- £140,000 (UK)
- €100,000-€160,000 (Ireland)
