- As a Solutions Architect II, you will define technical vision and deliver innovative, scalable solutions for complex web projects. You will work remotely with cross-functional teams, guiding project architecture and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. Your role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise, spanning emerging technologies, cloud platforms, and modern web development frameworks. You will mentor junior architects, influence technical decisions, and help shape the future of solution architecture within the organization. This position offers the opportunity to drive impactful projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
Accountabilities
- · Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical strategies and solutions.
- · Design and architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions, leveraging technologies such as React, Node.js, Webflow, and cloud platforms.
- · Lead solution design reviews, presentations, and discussions with technical and non-technical audiences.
- · Mentor junior architects and contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
- · Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure solution effectiveness and knowledge transfer.
- · Monitor emerging technologies, identify optimization opportunities, and integrate innovative approaches into architecture strategy.
- · Oversee seamless implementation of solutions in collaboration with development teams.
- · 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or a related technical field (e.g., software development, DevOps, systems engineering).
- · Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Node.js, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- · 3–5 years of experience designing and implementing complex technical solutions, with expertise in domains such as cloud computing and security.
- · Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and enterprise integration patterns.
- · Experience implementing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for web projects.
- · Ability to generate innovative solutions, mentor team members, and guide technical decisions.
- · Excellent communication and collaboration skills for bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- · Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- · Relevant certifications in solution architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are a plus.
- · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
