I own a custom software company, we're now a small team of developers, I handled all the sales and outbound myself, but it is time to hire an expert to help us with this In custom software, prices are 10k+, I need someone with at least b2 english, with a good understanding of talking to important people. I don't look for just a cold caller or a VA, I'm looking for someone who will find the right people(newly funded businesses with deep pockets) and convince them to give big contracts, so good linguistic skills are essential. Also, since we will be doing small volumes, I might want you to set and take the calls as well, so if you dont have a good camera/microphone setup, this might not be a good fit. I'm planning to give a marketing budget towards sales tools, and lead lists, but other than that, payment will be 90% commission.
