You will work within a Scrum team to build technologies that protect applications, keys, and sensitive data across mobile, web, desktop, and server environments.   • Accountabilities

As a Software Engineer in Application Security, you will be responsible for

  • Developing application protection and cryptography solutions within a collaborative Scrum team.
  • Contributing to features that secure applications, code, and data in untrusted environments.
  • Working with C/C++ and Python to design and implement robust software security mechanisms.
  • Investigating low-level application internals such as assembly, dex, and binary file formats.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of tools that prevent reverse engineering and data theft.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance, reliability, and security standards.

To be successful in this role, you should bring

  • At least 2 years of experience developing software for mobile or desktop platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with C/C++ and Python.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of modern programming languages such as Kotlin, Swift, Go, or Rust.
  • Interest in low-level programming and file structures.
  • Exposure to security threats, mitigation strategies, or CTF-style problem solving.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to understand systems at their core.
