Responsibilities Lead the integration of new exchanges into the trading platform, focusing on connectivity & functionalityCollaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain API connectionsBuild custom solutions & tools to automate exchange integration processesTest and validate exchange integrations, including order execution, order book management, and trade settlementMonitor exchange API performance and reliability, identify and implement solutions to optimize trading efficiencyWork closely with colleagues on integration projects (fellow software developers, product managers, compliance officers) Skills & Experience Required 7+ years of finance experienceProven experience working with exchange APIs and protocols, with a strong understanding of order execution, market data, & trade lifecycle managementHands-on experience integrating digital asset exchanges into trading platforms, including API authentication, data normalization, and error handlingProficiency in programming languages (e.g. Python, Javascript or Go) for scripting and automation tasksPrevious experience working in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is requiredBS degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
