What you'll be doing: Designing, building, and owning end-to-end software solutions for business-critical systems.Working closely with product and domain specialists to understand requirements and deliver real-world impact.Challenging existing systems and driving continuous improvement through technical excellence.Staying at the forefront of new technologies and helping define engineering best practice.Contributing to the growth and culture of a new, elite technology centre. Experience required: Proficient in C#/.Net, Java, or Python with strong software engineering fundamentals.Experience working with SQL databases and exposure to Azure or AWS.Minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science (or related field) from a Russell Group university.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Financial services experience advantageous but not essential
