Description: I am looking for an experienced soft-goods product designer and technical pattern maker to create a custom-fitted protective cover for a Can-Am Outlander Max 1000 XT-P (2020). This is not a simple illustration job — I need a manufacturing-ready design, including 3D visualization and professionally engineered 2D sewing patterns suitable for production. ⸻ Project Requirements 1. 3D Cover Design • Create a fitted cover design based on the ATV’s real dimensions • You may work from reference images + dimension sheet, or you may propose a method for 3D reconstruction • Provide 3D mockups showing fit, seams, reinforcements, and fastening systems 2. 2D Pattern Development • Use professional pattern-making software such as: • ExactFlat (preferred) • Optitex PDS / 3D • CLO3D • Gerber AccuMark / Lectra Modaris • Produce fully flattened and accurate 2D patterns with: • Seam allowances • Material compensation • Notches • Panel naming • Assembly instructions 3. Technical Manufacturing Package Deliver a complete tech pack including: • 2D patterns (DXF + PDF) • 3D renders • Sewing instructions • BOM (Bill of Materials) • Recommended fabric types (waterproof, outdoor-grade) • Reinforcement points, elastic/strap placement, stitching recommendations
