• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults' needs and circumstances.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide direct support and advocacy to adults.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Participate in case reviews and supervision.
• Adhere to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Network with community resources and agencies.

Expectations / Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

• You hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., MSW, BA Social Work).
• You have experience working with adults.
• You possess strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You are familiar with relevant legislation and policies.
• AMHP qualification is highly desirable.
• You are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
