Experience of working with people with complex mental health needs in the community and hospital setting Significant experience of MCA 2005 and Court of Protection applications/process Understanding and application of strength-based model Experience of working within the Mental Health Act including s117 Aftercare. Evidence of excellent report writing skills Current drivers licence and use of a car It is essential that potential candidates can demonstrate the above knowledge to meet the needs of the clients and the service.
