The role:

This is a fantastic chance to work within a supportive, friendly, and innovative team committed to providing the highest level of care and support. You'll manage a diverse caseload, providing comprehensive assessments and developing tailored care plans that truly meet the needs of each child and family.

Your work will be varied and rewarding, involving:

• Undertaking assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities and their families.
• Creating and implementing care plans that promote the child's well-being and independence.
• Collaborating with other professionals (health, education, and third-sector partners) to ensure a holistic approach.
• Providing advice and support to families, helping them navigate complex systems and access the right resources.
• Carrying out statutory duties, including child protection, as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
• Current SSSC registration as a social worker.
