Responsibilities

- Act as the primary public face of the brand on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, engaging authentically with followers.
- Monitor social listening tools to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitive activity to inform content strategy.
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance posts and campaigns.
- Manage social media scheduling and publishing through tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO strategies, keyword research, and web analytics to optimize content reach and engagement.
- Track performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success and refine future strategies.
- Maintain strong relationship management by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries while upholding brand voice and tone.
- Support public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and coordinating influencer collaborations.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, advertising options (including Facebook Advertising), and tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing for diverse platforms.
- Experience in relationship management—building community engagement while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Familiarity with e-commerce strategies and digital marketing tactics that drive online sales.
