We are only looking for driven professionals who use AI as a tool to enhance their strategy, not replace it.. 🔥 What You Will Be Responsible For: Daily social media scheduling across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Writing high-converting captions with strong hooks and calls to action Hashtag & trend research to boost discoverability and engagement Using ChatGPT strategically (not blindly) to enhance content quality and speed Light video editing: clipping existing footage, adding hooks, text overlays, transitions for viral potential Outreach & engagement: helping us connect with influencers, brands, and leads Supporting with Shopify and email marketing tasks as needed Acting as a proactive digital marketing assistant, helping drive campaigns, ideas, and execution forward daily 🎯 Ideal Candidate: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Understands content psychology, virality, and engagement strategies Comfortable posting multiple times a day and adapting content based on performance Experienced with tools like CapCut, Canva, scheduling software, and ChatGPT (used intelligently) Treats this role as their full-time career — not as a side job Hungry to earn more and grow into a leadership position long-term 💰 Compensation & Growth Starting Salary: $400-500+/month On a highly rewared incentived Performance-Based Increases: Can instantly be increased to $1,000–$2,000/month if you demonstrate strong results quickly This is a growth role with no earning ceiling — your performance drives your pay 👉 If you bring results in Month 1, you will be rewarded in Month 1.
