We’re Palma, a fast-growing house and disco events brand based in London. We throw unforgettable themed parties & want to build a social media presence that reflects just that. We’re looking for a Social Media Planner & Community Manager to help us take our Instagram and TikTok to the next level. You’ll work closely with the two co-founders and our creative director to build out weekly content, plan long-term strategy, and drive real engagement with the people who make Palma what it is. You are: • A confident planner and creative executor • Plugged into youth culture, nightlife, and music • A strong writer with an eye for bold, thumb-stopping visuals • Able to work independently but collaborate closely with a small, tight-knit team • Someone who gets what makes a community tick Commitment: • Approx. 2–4 hours/week ongoing • Mix of weekly tasks and ad hoc planning time • Long-term partnership potential Bonus if you have: • Experience with nightlife, festivals, or similar industries • Past work with brands or collectives in music/events • Your own ideas for how a brand like Palma can grow online
