Hey! I'm Malachi! 👋🏼 I run a short-form content agency named MJN MEDIA, with the purpose of helping personal brands and businesses scale on Instagram. And it's rapidly growing, so I need some help! 😄 I'm in need of a virtual assistant with social media skills who is confident that they can become a great fit in handling any general admin and light social media tasks within my agency! My current situation is that I am getting more and more busy, so it's harder to balance tasks. I need somebody who can take a lot of this off my plate so I can focus on growing the agency as well as handling certain client deliverables. Here's the type of VA I am looking for: - somebody who's proactive, a great communicator, and keeps me in the loop with anything that needs actioning on a daily basis. - somebody who understands systems like Slack, Notion, Frame.IO, Google Drive, and Metricool, or can quickly pick up on new systems. - somebody who can follow SOPs, but also be proactive in asking for help if unclear on a task. - somebody who understands how to use ChatGPT for light use. Here's the current things I need handling: - Working with our editing and design team by communicating on Slack and handling some processes on Notion. - Schedule content when it's ready, and use our ChatGPT model to create captions. - Notify me when new content plans are needed for a client, and keep me up-to-date on their overall schedules. - Support me with onboarding new clients by creating documents, Notion systems, and more. - Work with me to handle any other light admin tasks I may require. Also, there are clear SOPs to help you with your daily tasks, and I'm always available to support you 1:1. I'm looking to bring somebody on at 10 hours a week, and there's a lot of potential to expand the hourly limit and the workload as you grow in the agency!
