Social Media Manager (Tech & Business Content Brand) We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to help grow our Tech & Business content brand across platforms. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and community-builder — someone who can blend sharp insights with engaging content to build a loyal following. What you’ll do: Content Creation & Curation: Deliver high-quality, well-designed, and attention-grabbing content (case studies, insights, trends, etc.) tailored for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube — leveraging AI and design tools where relevant. Strategy & Insights: Lead with insights and analytics to ensure content has purpose, not just volume. Identify what works, what doesn’t, and why. Experimentation: Run multi-channel experiments (including A/B testing) to refine messaging, formats, and delivery, iterating quickly based on performance. Community Management: Actively engage with our audience — spark conversations, build relationships, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive, engaged community. Content Scheduling: Manage posting calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery across platforms. Brand Growth: Drive engagement, strengthen brand identity, and build a strong, loyal following. What we’re looking for: Proven experience managing multi-platform social media accounts (preferably in Tech, Business, or related fields). Strong understanding of content design, short-form video, and storytelling. Analytical mindset with experience in using insights to optimize performance. Passion for technology, startups, business trends, and energy innovation is a plus. Self-starter who can work independently, experiment, and think creatively.
