We’re launching an influencer + affiliate push in fashion/textiles. This is not a “make a deck and wait” role. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate quickly, and use any tools or methods that get real replies, collaborations, and conversions, without endless meetings. What you’ll do - Design and run influencer outreach across tiers (nano → macro) with incentive-fit per tier. - Launch & manage our affiliate program: onboarding, links, payouts, performance. - Research and engage creators in fashion/textiles/design. - Use clever automation + AI-assisted workflows to scale outreach without losing personal touch. - Track what matters and iterate fast; share quick daily bullets + occasional Looms (no big reveals). ------------------------------------------------------- You are - Experienced in social/influencer campaigns with real results (reply rates, deals closed, revenue/traffic). - Strong at relationship building & negotiation; you understand creator incentives. - Resourceful: you bring tools, playbooks, and scrappy hacks, and know when to go manual. - Comfortable working async and moving from idea → shipped action quickly. Nice-to-haves: fashion/textile brand experience, past affiliate program ownership, AI tools in your workflow. ------------------------------------------------------- Screening questions ( answer it in the screening questions please, this is more important than proposal, feel free to leave proposal at minimum ) * Your best campaign win - Goal → steps you took → numbers (outreach volume, reply rate, collaborations closed, and tracked outcome). - If you re-ran it today, how would you improve it with AI or automation? * Tiered incentives & outreach craft. - Choose three real influencers (nano, micro, macro) relevant to fashion/textiles. - For each: define the likely incentive, and show the opening message/subject you’d use and why it fits. *Your smart-scrappy stack (respecting platform rules). - Tools/process you’d use in week 1 for discovery, personalization, sequencing, and tracking. - Name two automations you’d set up to save time without losing authenticity.
