This is not a remote or hybrid role.The Role – Varied, Creative & Performance-DrivenReporting to the Creative Manager, you will take ownership of social media strategy, content creation, campaign management, and reporting for a diverse client portfolio.This is a truly varied role where you will:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned to client objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, sales).Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Advertising.Create engaging organic and paid content including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, LinkedIn posts, and Facebook campaigns.Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media, email marketing campaigns, and website content.Analyse campaign performance, website conversions, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.Produce detailed performance reports using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.Brief designers and collaborate with the wider Digital Marketing Team.Liaise directly with clients and account managers to ensure campaign succes
