What You’ll Do
- Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, tags, and mentions on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Spark authentic conversations and foster brand loyalty through timely, on-brand replies
- Direct Message Management
- Triage incoming DMs: answer guest questions, qualify new leads, and flag urgent issues for escalation
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone tailored to each hotel’s voice
- Reel & Content Posting
- Upload reels according to the content calendar, optimizing captions, and posting times
- Add polished on-screen text (captions, headlines, CTAs) using IG, tools like Canva, InShot, or CapCut
- Ensure all video assets meet platform specifications (aspect ratio, length, cover image)
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor post-engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves) and prepare weekly snapshots
- Identify top-performing content and recommend tweaks for higher reach
- Collaboration & Ideation
- Share emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in regular strategy sessions
Requirements
- Experience:
- 1–2 years managing social media engagement and posting and + if for B2C or hospitality brands
- Proven ability to grow community engagement and follower interaction organically
- Skills & Tools:
- Expert user of Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and Facebook Business Suite.
- Proficient with Canva, InShot, CapCut, or similar video-editing apps for on-screen text
- Strong written communication—with impeccable grammar and brand-aligned tone
- Personal Traits:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple clients
- Quick thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to evolving priorities
- Passionate about travel, hospitality trends, and digital storytelling
Role Details
- Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to align across time zones
- Location: Fully remote—work from anywhere within the Europe/Lisbon time zone
