I run an alternative clothing brand called Death & Friends, built around tattoos, punk style, dark humour, and bold visual art. We also run two other stores, Cracked Tooth Studio and Oxblood Clothing. Your first focus will be Death & Friends, and if the work goes well, your role can expand to the other brands. Most of our posting is already systemised and easy to schedule, so this job is mainly about supporting the marketing manager (Esther) with the tasks that help increase sales. This includes social media marketing support, SEO updates, email campaign preparation, content planning support, running promotions, and helping prepare assets for paid ads on Meta, Google, and Reddit. Your Role: You will help with the day-to-day execution: uploads, captions, scheduling, comments, SEO basics, and assisting with any marketing tasks Esther assigns. The goal is to keep everything running smoothly so she can focus on strategy and ads. Your Tasks: Support marketing and generate sales Upload Shopify and Etsy listings Update product SEO titles, tags, and descriptions Write short captions and hashtags Schedule posts (already easy with our system) Respond to comments and messages Edit short video clips (resizing and adding logo) Keeping Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok active Assist with simple email updates Help prepare content or assets for paid ads Follow a weekly plan and send updates Requirements: Experience with Shopify or Etsy Good English writing for captions and descriptions Confident with Instagram and TikTok posting Basic video editing Reliable and detail-focused Comfortable with edgy/tattoo/punk-style content Either already knows or is willing to learn basic ad support for Meta, Google, and Reddit (support role only) Before we move forward, could you please answer these questions: Have you experience in social media marketing and generating sales? Have you uploaded products on Shopify or Etsy before? Can you write short captions and hashtags for Instagram/TikTok? Are you comfortable scheduling posts using a tool? Can you upload listings with correct SEO titles and tags without errors? Have you managed comments and DMs before? Are you comfortable posting dark humour, tattoo art, and punk-style content?
