The Role As Social Media Coordinator, you will support the delivery of social media, content, and community engagement across all digital channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and customer service teams to help create engaging content, support product launches, and keep our global community thriving. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting social media and marketing campaigns from planning to delivery. Creating and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook. Proactively spotting trends, creative opportunities and community conversations. Managing the Discord server—organising tournaments, events and keeping the community active. Helping with product launches, promotions, PR samples and influencer outreach. Engaging with comments, DMs and community discussions in a fun, accurate brand tone. Working closely with Customer Service to maintain top-quality communication. Monitoring basic social performance data and preparing simple reports.
