I'm looking for a skilled virtual assistant to help manage and repurpose content for my personal development brand. What You'll Do: Weekly Deliverables: Repurpose 7 pieces of existing content from my archives into fresh social media posts Create engaging graphics/memes using Canva for these posts Schedule all content using Later Respond to routine emails on my behalf Review and monitor client progress in our coaching platform Create 1-2 short motivational videos as needed What You'll Do: Review my existing blog articles and social media archives to identify content for repurposing Transform archived content into engaging social posts that resonate with a personal development audience Design graphics and visual content using Canva Manage email inbox and respond to common inquiries Track client milestones and progress Basic video and audio editing for social content What I'm Looking For: Fluent English speaker and writer Proficient in Canva, Kajabi, and Later Experience with video and audio editing (basic to intermediate level) Understanding of and passion for the personal development space Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable and proactive communicator Based in North America (preferred for time zone alignment)
