Job Brief: Instagram Support Agent (Smile Nova) About Us Smile Nova is an Aussie oral-care brand helping people achieve brighter, healthier smiles with our Glow Strips™ and other innovative products. We’re building a community of everyday creators to share authentic experiences with our products. Role Overview We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Instagram Support Agent to help manage our Instagram account and personally engage with followers, viewers, and likers. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to new potential micro-influencers, offering them the opportunity to try our products, and guiding them through the process. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent written English, and a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and excited to join our community. Responsibilities • Actively monitor Instagram for new likes, follows, and post engagement. • Send personalized outreach messages using our approved script. • Answer questions and provide support to interested followers. • Explain the product opportunity clearly and handle objections politely. • Maintain a positive and professional tone at all times. • Track conversations and report engagement results weekly. • Collaborate with the team to improve outreach and response strategies. Requirements • Excellent written and spoken English. • Strong interpersonal and customer support skills. • Previous experience in social media support, customer service, or influencer outreach (preferred but not required). • Comfortable using Instagram DMs and managing multiple conversations at once. • Detail-oriented and organized in following up with leads. • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Work Hours • ~4 hours per day • 5 days per week (flexible schedule, but must cover peak Instagram activity times)
