As we scale, our mission is to build a brand that transcends fashion — evolving into a lifestyle and creative movement — and we’re seeking a strategist who can help translate that vision into a powerful digital presence. 🔥 Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and brand marketing strategy tailored to the fashion/streetwear space. Plan, manage, and publish original, high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.) that reflects our aesthetic and tone. Build brand awareness and loyalty by growing an engaged audience and fostering a strong online community. Align all social media activity with brand vision, voice, and values to ensure a cohesive and premium identity. Create and manage campaigns and collaborations (influencers, drops, events) to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. Analyze performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and adapt strategies for optimal growth. Facilitate communication with followers (responding to messages, organizing Q&As, encouraging UGC, etc.). ✅ Requirements & Skills Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist / Brand Marketer, ideally with a fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brand. Deep understanding of brand building, audience psychology, and storytelling in the fashion industry. Hands-on experience with growth strategies, including organic content, paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community development. Strong knowledge of SEO, engagement tactics, and platform algorithms. Ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual and written content. Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
