Job Title: Smartsheet Workflow & Automation ContractorRate: $55 per hourContract Duration: 4 months Location: Remote (must be US-based) Role Overview An entertainment organization is seeking an experienced Smartsheet specialist to design, build, and optimize scalable, end-to-end workflows and automations. This contract role will focus on improving operational efficiency, reporting, and cross-team visibility through advanced Smartsheet capabilities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert with deep experience creating sophisticated workflows, automations, and executive-level dashboards, and can independently translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end workflows in Smartsheet, from intake and tracking through execution and reporting Configure and maintain automations including alerts, approvals, update requests, reminders, and conditional logic Develop dashboards and widgets that provide real-time visibility for stakeholders and leadership Create cross-sheet formulas, cell linking, summaries, and reports to enable advanced reporting and rollups Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Ensure solutions follow best practices for architecture, maintainability, and performance Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing Smartsheet implementations Document workflows, automation logic, and dashboard configurations for knowledge transfer Provide light training and enablement support to end users as needed Required Qualifications Proven hands-on Smartsheet experience, including complex implementations
