Loughborough College Group is seeking a highly motivated, organised and dynamic Skills Bootcamp Lecturer to play a key role in the successful delivery of our Skills Bootcamp programmes.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient operational environment, while also focusing on exceeding student and employer expectations.

You will collaborate closely with various departments and your focus will be on ensuring all delivery functions meet our high standards and service level agreements whilst contributing to ensuring the delivery of an outstanding learning experience for our students.

You will ensure excellent communication with employers, staff and learners for outstanding results.

The successful candidate will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all students are supported to succeed through the delivery of high-quality and challenging learning experiences.

The course will primarily be delivered onsite at Loughborough College, with some elements potentially delivered remotely via online platforms as part of a blended learning approach for adult learners in a short course format.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge/experience in the following areas:

Safeguarding
Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
Play
Child Development
Paediatric First Aid (potentially leading to the mandatory First Aid Certificate for all EY employees)
Observation and Assessment
Partnership Working
How Children Learn
The Early Years Professional Skills Bootcamp is a free, practical short course designed to build sector-relevant skills and knowledge to enhance future employability in early years settings. Skills Bootcamps consist of face-to-face and online delivery and last between 13–16 weeks, as part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee.

This role is a fixed term role due to end as of August 2026 (approximately).
