If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you About the RoleAs the Skills and Education Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing early career pathways within our client's organisation. This is your chance to be the key contact for various business units, helping to develop and attract fresh talent while ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison with specified business units to foster early career talent and support employee upskilling through Apprenticeship Standards.Provide expert advice and guidance in delivering apprenticeships, ensuring top-notch learning outcomes.Identify and monitor training providers, ensuring due diligence and quality delivery.Oversee awarding body registration and certification activities for learners.Cultivate relationships with local schools, colleges, and universities to enhance talent attraction for entry-level roles.Promote best practices and uphold Safeguarding and Prevent policies.Perform other duties as requested by management.
