I am looking for an individual that can put together a few options for extending an Edwardian style detached home at the rear. The home is roughly 150m2, the extension would be for another ~100m2 over 2 floors. The bottom floor is kitchen, dining room, open living area and the top floor would be master bedroom with ensuite. Red brick with wooden elements and large windows. The property needs to maintain its character while modernising it a bit. I will share a few pictures as well as some inspiration of what I have in mind.
