Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Effectively manage sub-contractors, direct labour, and site resources.
• Enforce and maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance (HSE) on site.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections.
• Manage quality control, carry out plot inspections, and ensure a high standard of finish is achieved, ready for handover.
• Liaise effectively with the Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and external stakeholders (e.g., NHBCE)

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager on residential new-build projects.
• Proven track record of taking residential phases from groundworks to completion/handover.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid at Work certification.
