This role suits a proactive construction professional with strong organisational ability, excellent safety standards, and confidence managing contractors on busy sites. You will be joining a market leader with an exceptional track record of profitable delivery in the modular hire and semi-permanent sector. Many contracts for this business involve large scale, building reg. compliant installs and we are seeking candidate with a through understanding of this construction process. Key Responsibilities: Manage modular building installations to programme deadlines.Enforce Health & Safety standards and site compliance.Coordinate with employers, contractors, and internal teams.Manage site surveys, RAMS, progress reporting, and documentation.Control site-level costs and report variations.Oversee subcontractors and ensure high-quality project delivery.Support smooth handovers with minimal snagging.National travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekend work required. About You: HNC (Civil/Building) or equivalent experienceExperience as Site Manager on new build projects - modular experience is highly beneficialEssential Qualifications: SMSTS, NVQ 6 CSCS Black Card, First Aid, PASMA, IPAF.Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills.Commercially aware with strong problem-solving ability.
