This pivotal role involves overseeing the construction and fit-out of a main production facility for a popular burger restaurant chain, that meet our high standards of quality and safety. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects align with Oakley's mission of excellence and reliability.ResponsibilitiesOversee one construction project and ensure that completed work meets the standards and quality required whilst following a project critical path and schedule requirements.On-site ownership of projects from acceptance of quote through to completion.On-site management of sub-contractors.Enforcing on-site Health and Safety Management, completing on-site work permits. Making sure everyone onsite is wearing PPE.Update the Construction Phase Plan (CPP) and Project Risk Assessment (inc. fire).Ensure work is completed in a timely manner.Reporting on project progress to senior managers and stakeholders, including photo evidence of this.Conducting quality and safety inspections.Be able to interpret and understand technical drawings, ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards.Maintaining quality control checks.Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.Signing off completed work.CertificationsSMSTS (required)First Aid at Work (3-day) (required)IPAF 3a & 3b (preferred)Forklift Licence (preferred)Fire Ma
