We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Kier Workplace Solutions team.Location: Crawley - with travel to the office and sites across the region as required

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

ResponsibilitiesAs a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in the safe and efficient delivery of site-based project works.

Your day to day will include:

-Following Kier 5 SHE Basics and standards for all works

-Conducting RAMS reviews and setting contractors to work safely

-Monitoring subcontractors and maintaining accurate project records

-Supporting Project Managers and Senior Project Managers

-Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What are we looking for?This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

-You hold SMSTS/CSCS/IOSH Managing Safely certification

-You have a strong safety culture and excellent communication skills

-You're proficient in MS Office and can work both independently and as part of a team

-You're flexible and able to travel across a wide area for client needs
