Site Manager required for a demo and new build construction project in East Ham, East London.

The project is £3million in value, will be a mixed use commerical and residential building. The demo will start in January and the brick and blockwork structure will shortly further in to the year.

The Site Manager required will be no1 on site with a visiting director once or twice a week.

Duties include:

Managing subcontractors, inductions, tool box talks, implementing and maintaining health & safety along with the associated paperwork.

this is a long term freelance role, circa. 18 months and will be taking the project from inception through to completion of fit out.

Must have:

CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid

This role is paying between £180 - £240 per day depending on experience. Please apply with you CV and references
