About the roleAs part of the Site Leadership Team, you’ll lead the way in creating a safe, compliant and proactive working environment. You’ll be a key influencer, helping us build a strong safety culture through coaching, capability building and colleague engagement. You’ll support the implementation of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, embed ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also manage relationships with regulatory bodies, oversee audits and lead on risk profiling and claims management.
