Description Lead the operational, technical, engineering, supply chain and H&S teams to ensure the site consistently delivers on productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets.Develop and execute a site strategy aligned with wider business goals, driving continuous improvement and sustainable operational growth.Maintain and enhance standards across food safety, compliance, audit readiness and customer expectations.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and operational discipline.Manage budgets, P&L performance, capex projects and resource planning.Build strong relationships with retail and foodservice customers, ensuring confidence in service levels and product quality.Champion operational excellence through Lean, CI and best-in-class manufacturing practices.Ensure the site remains safe, efficient and compliant with all regulatory, quality and environmental standards. Profile Proven senior leadership as a Site Director experience within food manufacturing-experience in ready meals, food prep, chilled or high-care environments is highly desirable.Strong operational understanding, capable of managing large teams and complex processes.Demonstrated track record of improving site performance, driving efficiencies and delivering results.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, inspire and build high-performing tea
