We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and ensure high standards are consistently maintained at our client site.Key Responsibilities:Ensure staff attendance is accurately recorded and managed.Supervise daily cleaning operations, ensuring agreed standards and staffing levels are met.Carry out regular site inspections, quality checks, and Health & Safety audits.Liaise with the client/contract representative to ensure service requirements are delivered.Order cleaning chemicals and supplies as required.Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.Shifts and Rota: Monday to Friday11:00 - 18:30RequirementsPrevious experience in a supervisory role.Previous experience within the cleaning industry.Enhanced DBS preferred.
