This is a full-time permanent position based in South Wales. Your new roleAs a Site Agent, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site management on a range of exciting water schemes. You'll lead the safe and efficient delivery of works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, legal standards and client expectations. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing construction activities to deliver programmes safely, on time and within budgetEnsuring accurate implementation of engineering controls and adherence to contract drawings and specificationsProducing and briefing risk assessments and method statements to staff and operativesLeading daily coordination with the senior foreman on resourcing, productivity and programme requirementsSolving technical challenges and improving site performance in quality, efficiency and safetyCoordinating multi-disciplinary teams including civils and M&E interfacesPromoting continuous improvement and ensuring all personnel receive appropriate training.
